Q: How long does it take after I have sent my tapes to you?

Q: I have an urgent requirement , can you provide an even faster service
A: We can offer an express service for a small additional charge , however you need to check first to ensure we can meet your deadline
Q: After I receive the DVD can I edit it on my computer?
A: Standard DVDs are not in an editable format, although they can be" ripped" to become editable this process requires additional software and a powerful PC to do it.
However we can convert your tapes directly into an editable format (AVI or MPEG), this is £15 per tape
Q: I have a broken tape can you repair it?
A: We can repair most VHS tapes but this does depend on how badly its damaged , other tapes will depend on the damage, we do this on a no fix no fee basis
Q: What Payment methods do you accept?
A: Cheques (Payable to BusheyDVD) , Credit/Debit Cards on the web site & Cash for local service, we cannot takes cards over the phone, for add hoc amounts we can send you a link to pay by card on line
Q: Do I get my tapes back?
A: Yes unless you specifically ask us to dispose of them
Q: Can you convert tapes to and from US/Canadian/Japanese formats?
A: Yes, NTSC to PAL and PAL to NTSC this is £15 per tape for this service
Q Can you convert from a DVD based camera to a standard DVD
A: Yes
Q: Can you convert commercial DVDs from Region 1 to 2 or Visa Versa
A: No
